Service Description
2025 MUNDI MUNDI BASH OVERLAND PACKAGE WITH TICKET Enjoy a 4-night stay from Wednesday to Sunday, all-inclusive with tickets. HIGHLIGHTS: - Convenient pick-up from Broken Hill with comfortable transfers to and from the event. - Arrive to find your setup ready with quality camping gear and campsite as your base - Excellent campsite location for an exceptional event experience. - Group dinner on the last night with a prepared Camp oven dinner - Transfers to and from town for Motel packages. - Pay a deposit to secure the package and pay the balance by 1st April 2025. INCLUSIONS: - Transfers to and from Broken Hill on arrival and departure days. - Entry ticket to the Festival. - Hosted by locals - Tent or Swag (based on your selection) - Premium position group campsite near the main arena - Communal amenities include a large fire pit, kitchen area, shade, and communal space to mingle with the overland group. - Essential gear including a camping chair, esky trolley, and sleeping bag, doona with pillow pack, lighting, wet wipes, water and ice. - Daily transfers to town for restocking or shower to refresh. - Breakfast is a continental buffet per person per day (for camping stays). - Satellite Wi-Fi access. - Special Stubby Holder Souvenir - Adults over 18+ only Arrival early or stay later in Broken Hill options. - Ensuite accommodation in Broken Hill pre/post-event: Starting from $155 per night. - Local tours pre/ post event, speak to us about options. - Transfers to your departure point in Broken Hill. Tents and Swags are available in single or double options, based on the chosen package. We have motel packages, please see other packages. All passengers are responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks, but day transfers into town are available for restocking. Food is for purchase through event local vendors. Camp oven dinner included for last night stay. Payment, invoice for the initial deposit, and then pay off over time the balance.




















Cancellation Policy
SMALL DAY AND HALF-DAY TOURS: Our day tours and event transfer services require 48-hour cancellation notice by email or phone. You will receive 100% refund if cancelled out of 48 hours of arrival. MULTI-DAY OR PRIVATE CHARTERS: Please make all bookings with care. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of a least 30% of the full tour fare for multi-day tours or special charters if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of tour departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show will be charged 100% of fee.
