Service Description

This is your complete campsite set up and pack down package (pitch & pack) including everything needed to sleep, eat and enjoy - optional extras can be included. Some call it Glamping, but we call it the ultimate Mundi Bash experience. We offer optional extras to further personalise your campsite. Pre booking only as limited spots are available. You must buy your own event tickets and we will do the rest! Essentials set up package $1200 solo $1450 twin 3 nights stay Thursday, Friday & Saturday We’ll pick you up in Broken Hill and transfer you into the festival. Your site will be all set up for you on arrival, you can then sit back and relax and enjoy the music! • Transfers to and Broken Hill arrival and departure • Brand new ARB Domed swags and mattress hire • Firepit grill set up hire • Head lamp hire • Deluxe Camping chair hire • Pop up change tent hire • Transfer to and from Broken Hill each day if needed\ Optional Add Ons for both packages: • $50 Hire a sleeping bag and pillow pack • $50 Trolley hire • $20 Esky hire • $100 Ice and firewood package • $20 Breakfast continental hamper breakfast, tea & coffee per person per day • $30 WI-fi (satellite) set up from your own campsite • $100 Locally made Gourmet food box, breakfast, lunch & dinner options • $130 Ensuite Accommodation Broken Hill pre/post event per night • $5 box of water (bring your own drink bottle) • $50 BBQ Meat package

Cancellation Policy

SMALL DAY AND HALF-DAY TOURS: Our day tours and event transfer services require 48-hour cancellation notice by email or phone. You will receive 100% refund if cancelled out of 48 hours of arrival. MULTI-DAY OR PRIVATE CHARTERS: Please make all bookings with care. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of a least 30% of the full tour fare for multi-day tours or special charters if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of tour departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show will be charged 100% of fee.
