2024 MUNDI MUNDI BASH OVERLAND DELUXE MOTEL PACKAGE Stay in motel comfort for 3 nights (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) with transfers to and from the festival each day. Package Options: - Single (solo): $2,450 (includes 1 adult ticket) - Double (twin share): $3,750 (includes 2 adult tickets) We'll pick you up in Broken Hill and take you to the festival daily, ensuring you don't miss out on any fun. You'll stay in a 3.5-star motel within walking distance of everything in town. On the last night, enjoy a BBQ dinner with the group at the campsite. Package Inclusions: - Transfers to and from Broken Hill - Festival ticket - Hosted daily - Deluxe camping chair, trolley, esky, and firewood - Satellite Wi-Fi setup at your campsite - BBQ dinner on the last night - Opportunity to make lifelong friends Optional Add-Ons: - Adult entry ticket: $749 (your package already includes a ticket, additional tickets can be purchased later) - Youth entry ticket (12-17 yrs): $49 - Locally made gourmet food box: $100 (for breakfast, lunch, and dinner) - Additional accommodation in Broken Hill with ensuite: $165 per night - Box of water: $5 (bring your own bottle) - BBQ meat package and extras: $50 (customizable) You'll need to purchase your own food and drinks, but we'll take you to the shops daily for supplies. On Saturday night, enjoy a BBQ buffet dinner with wine included. For those arriving early or staying longer in Broken Hill, we offer accommodation in the heart of town for $160 per night. Daily transfers to town for shopping and restocking are included in both packages.

Cancellation Policy

SMALL DAY AND HALF-DAY TOURS: Our day tours and event transfer services require 48-hour cancellation notice by email or phone. You will receive 100% refund if cancelled out of 48 hours of arrival. MULTI-DAY OR PRIVATE CHARTERS: Please make all bookings with care. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of a least 30% of the full tour fare for multi-day tours or special charters if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of tour departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show will be charged 100% of fee.
