Service Description

2024 MUNDI MUNDI BASH OVERLAND PACKAGE Enjoy a 3-night stay from Thursday to Saturday, all-inclusive with tickets. Choose your accommodation: SWAG OR TENT HIGHLIGHTS: - Convenient pick-up from Broken Hill with comfortable transfers to and from the event. - Arrive to find your setup ready with quality camping gear. - Premium campsite allocation for an exceptional event experience. - Group dinner on the last night with a BBQ buffet and drinks. - Transfers to and from town for Motel stays. INCLUSIONS: - Transfers to and from Broken Hill on arrival and departure days. - Entry ticket to the Festival. - Your chosen accommodation style (Motel, Swag, or Tent). - Premium campsite position (front row). - Communal amenities like a large fire and privacy tent. - Essential gear including a headlamp, camping chair, and sleeping bag with pillow pack. - Daily transfers to town for restocking. - Breakfast continental hamper per person per day (for camping stays). - Satellite Wi-Fi access. - Special Mundi T-shirt and merch as a gift. Pre-order options: - Locally made gourmet food box: $100 for breakfast, lunch & dinner options. - Ensuite accommodation in Broken Hill pre/post-event: Starting from $165 per night. - Box of water: $5 (bring your own bottle). - BBQ meat package and extras: $50 (customizable). Tents and Swags are available in single or double options, based on the chosen package. All passengers are responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks, but day transfers into town are available for restocking. For pre/post-arrival accommodation in Broken Hill, we offer ensuite studio rooms in the heart of town for $160 per night. Daily transfer service to town for shopping and restocking is included in both the essentials and deluxe packages.


Cancellation Policy

SMALL DAY AND HALF-DAY TOURS: Our day tours and event transfer services require 48-hour cancellation notice by email or phone. You will receive 100% refund if cancelled out of 48 hours of arrival. MULTI-DAY OR PRIVATE CHARTERS: Please make all bookings with care. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of a least 30% of the full tour fare for multi-day tours or special charters if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of tour departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show will be charged 100% of fee.
