Cancellation Policy
SMALL DAY AND HALF-DAY TOURS: Our day tours and event transfer services require 48-hour cancellation notice by email or phone. You will receive 100% refund if cancelled out of 48 hours of arrival. MULTI-DAY OR PRIVATE CHARTERS: Please make all bookings with care. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of a least 30% of the full tour fare for multi-day tours or special charters if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of tour departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show will be charged 100% of fee. We will handle each booking with care and cosideration that may be out your control.
