All Overland Adventures merchandise orders are sent via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post and are outside of our control.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping – $15 Flat Rate (Tracked) Small items up to 5kg in total. 
A $40 flat rate applies to all orders that are too large to be sent in a standard flat envelope. Tracking is included with this service.

Bulk  Shipping – $40 Flat Rate (Tracked) Larger order or bulky items over 5kg in total

Dispatch Times

Orders will be dispatched within 4 business days of being placed. Some items may be backlogged due to demand. 

For tracked orders, customers will receive an email with their tracking number once the parcel has been shipped.

Please note:

• Orders containing backordered items will be shipped as stock becomes available.

• If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, your full order will be sent once all items are available.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post.

To estimate delivery time once your order has been dispatched, please visit the Australia Post website and enter:

• From postcode: 3000

• To postcode: your delivery postcode

This will provide the latest estimated delivery timeframe direct from Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept refunds if orders are cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If you order is recieved and change of mind, please contact us direct to discuss.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
