Cancellation Policy

PRIVATELY BOOKED TRANSFERS Payment required upfront for confirmed bookings. If changes are required, we need 48 hours notice. If flight delays, please advise as soon as possible with flight details for us to track. 24 hour Cancellations terms. SMALL DAY AND HALF-DAY TOURS: Our day tours and event transfer services require 48-hour cancellation notice by email or phone. You will receive 100% refund if cancelled out of 48 hours of arrival. MULTI-DAY OR PRIVATE CHARTERS: Please make all bookings with care. All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of a least 30% of the full tour fare for multi-day tours or special charters if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date. If you cancel within 14 days of tour departure, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show will be charged 100% of fee. We will handle each booking with care and cosideration that may be out your control.
