While many locals know Jonathan from Silver City 4WD, his passion extends far beyond mechanics. A qualified Food Supervisor with years of hands-on catering experience, Jonathan has refined traditional recipes inspired by his late mum Julie’s love of old-fashioned cooking and his late Dad Dennis's passion for baking — the kind that’s hearty, generous and full of flavour.
Now that passion moves from private gatherings to the public stage at Fully Blown BBQ Mildura.
